With over 27 years of experience in engineering and project development, Jim Roberson’s responsibilities include engineering design review, plan processing and permitting, construction and security release.

He joined Koren Development Company in 2003. From 1997 to 2003,
he was Vice President of Construction for Constellation Real Estate,
Inc., where he was responsible for engineering, scheduling and the
development of multiple projects.

Prior to joining Constellation Real Estate, Inc., he was a Senior Project
Manager at John E. Harms, Jr. & Associates, Inc. for many years.
