• Assist owner in assembling a development team which includes a planner, engineer, geotechnical engineer, environmental engineer and land use attorney
  • Assist owner in managing the development / team during the entitlement process
  • Attend meetings with the planners, engineers and governmental agencies in conjunction with plan review and approval
  • Assist owner in conjunction with preparation of permits
  • Review plans for value engineering
  • Provide project schedule and update as necessary
