• Prepare project schedule and update throughout construction
  • Prepare budget and update as necessary
  • Provide construction oversight and coordinate with the contractor for the following items:
    • Installation of public utilities
    • Construction of public roadways
    • Construction of storm water management facilities
    • Control, manage and report project activities on a weekly / monthly basis
