Jim Roberson acquired ownership of Koren Development Company in 2016 upon the retirement of Steven S. Koren, President and Founder.
Jim began his professional career at John E. Harms, Jr. & Associates, Inc. Consulting Engineers – Land Planners and Surveyors, as a designer with his final position at Harms being that of Senior Project Manager.
In 1997, Jim joined Koren Development Company managing multiple projects throughout the State of Maryland. Notable projects are Piney Orchard (4,500-unit development) and commercial projects such as National Business Park and Annapolis Exchange. Jim has specialized in redevelopment of quarry sites such as Greenspring Quarry and Delight Quarry.
