JOSEPH CAUGHY
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Joseph Caughy began his career at Koren Development Company, Inc. in June, 2016.
Joe has over 17 years of real estate experience covering a wide range of disciplines including commercial underwriting, property management, acquisition, residential land development and entitlements.
Joe spent the last twelve years at Lennar Homes, working in their Maryland office, assisting with land acquisition, land development and homebuilding to support the division’s growth which created Maryland’s largest single office with regard to residential settlements.
Joe received his MBA from Loyola College in 2002. Prior to joining Lennar, he was a credit officer with The Columbia Bank from 2002 to 2004, underwriting commercial loans for acquisition, development and construction.
